Feeder Coaches and Pick Ups

Board your early morning Feeder Coach from your chosen pick-up point and head south. We stop for a 20 minute refreshment break late morning at our interchange area (M1 services) where you will also transfer onto your Mainline Coach if necessary. Your Siesta coach crew will be on hand to ensure that you have your correct reserved seating.

Your FREE audio headset will be issued upon departing from the interchange and you will keep this for the remainder of your holiday and your homeward journey (Headsets are not issued to infants travelling on parent's lap)

Hostess Service is available on our Express Shuttles to Spain and the South of France (only) and offers a range of hot & cold drinks, snacks and sandwiches for purchase during your journey. A menu will be issued on board your coach. Hostess Services commences at approximately 08:00am on your outward journey, and finishes at approximately 4:00pm on your homeward journey.
On our Scenic Tours, and other escorted coach tours, hostess service is not available however a drinks service will usually be provided by your co-driver.

Channel Crossings

Arriving at the Channel Port (Folkestone or Dover) at approx 2:00pm, we will take the most convenient crossing to France. Most will be via Eurotunnel however some will be by P&O Ferries offering a range of bars, restaurants and shops onboard.
For coaches that are programmed to travel outward by Eurotunnel we will allow an additional time for a comfort-break, this will be usually be at Folkestone Services (M20, Junction 11).

For clients joining at the Channel Ports : Our final scheduled pick-up on most journeys will be Folkestone Services prior to crossing by Eurotunnel. However, you are more than welcome to choose a pick-up at Dover in which case we will provide a transfer service to your Siesta Coach (if a coach is scheduled to cross by Ferry it will normally pick-up at Folkestone Services before heading to Dover).

Arrival In France

(Approximately 6:00pm local time)
• Disneyland Paris Stop-Over clients : head towards their overnight hotel

• Scenic Tour clients : please refer to the relevant itinerary for your Tour

• Overnight Express clients : travel directly south via the French autoroute system, stopping for a comfort break at approximately 10:00pm before continuing our journey overnight.

Resort Travel

Next morning you'll awaken to a complete change of scenery at our breakfast stop in the south before continuing your journey to your resort.
For certain routes - notably for Port Grimaud and some Spain resorts - it may be necessary to use a second interchange area to allow you to join your resort feeder coach in order to eliminate unnecessary drop-offs.

Benidorm clients : your Club-Class coach journey takes you to Salou where you enjoy a complimentary lunch before joining your air-conditioned 'Benidorm Direct' transfer coach. Your journey to Benidorm is via the coastal highway, passing orange groves, hill top castles and the cities of Castellon and Valencia before arriving in the impressive scenery of the Costa Blanca. Your arrival at your Benidorm Hotel should be for around 7:00pm (complimentary lunch in Salou is not included for Festive Breaks or Cruise & Stay holidays).
Please note: on your homeward journey your transfer coach will depart before 08:00am therefore full breakfast is not available that morning. You will transfer onto your homeward Club-Class coach at Salou and the remainder of your return journey will be as detailed below.

Return Travel

From Port Grimaud : Depart mid-afternoon on your resort feeder coach and enjoy a comfort stop enroute, before joining our fleet at approximately 6:30pm.
Travel overnight to Calais in time for breakfast time ferry* and return to your original UK pick-up point (in some cases a further change in Southern England may be necessary)

From Spain : Depart early/mid afternoon and travel to interchange area in the Costa Brava where you will join your 'Mainline' coach at approximately 4:30pm.
Travel overnight to Calais for breakfast time ferry* and return to your original UK pick-up point (in some cases a further change in Southern England may be necessary depending on the number of drop-offs on each coach).

Rarely, when the above is not possible due to inbound coaches from other areas, our main interchange area will instead be in the UK (usually at Dover or Folkestone).

* For operational reasons we must reserve the right to change any coach from Ferry to Eurotunnel, or vice versa, at any time, outward or homeward. All bookings are accepted on this condition.
In the event of operational problems or delays, the quicker Eurotunnel schedules mean that we can limit disruption to your journey as much as possible and keep any delays to an absolute minimum.

All coaches in our fleet are classed as 'Feeders' upto the Channel ports and in local Resort areas
